" LA TERRAZZA SUL NICCONE " is located in Umbria in the town of Città di Castello, a few meters from the Tuscan town of Cortona. To reach the property one can use 3 different roads, 2 from the Valle del Niccione and the other from San Leo Batista. It takes around 10 minuets to reach the nearest village, whichever road you take, some of the roads are white roads and a little long.
The view from the property is the characteristic dreamy Italian landscape that has drawn people to central Italy for millennia, predominantly composed of pristine wooded, rolling hills, valleys and fields. Olive groves and vineyards, all in perfect condition, surround the property. " LA TERRAZZA SUL NICCONE " is a charming, old stone farmhouse, whose original structure has undergone various modifications and extensions over the years. The restructuring works, done with an intense eye to detail, were done in the early 2000’s. The property, besides being a comfortable house, is currently a small B&B.

The house has been the subject of an excellent restoration; the original building materials, of the original farmhouse were collected and reused, integrating them into the newly restored property. The floors are done in handmade terracotta tiles. Beams and joists are also original and or recovered. The window frames are wood with double-glazing and interior doors are done in a light-coloured hardwood.
