Understanding the client
Our work starts with active listening; first of all we want to learn more about the expectations and taste of the clients who rely on us, then provide them with the best solutions; at the beginning, we will be asked to mutually invest quite some time in calls and emails, but this would actually entail much time-saving in the end and make the whole process more effective and simpler.
That is why we only deal with 30 customers at one time; the first step is to fill out our detailed questionnaire.

Knowing our territory well, we offer our experience to suggest locations and types of property that may suit the buyers' expectations and taste, as well as their wallet. It's unconceivable to buy a penthouse in Florence for 100.000 euros!
Having defined location, priorities, needs, budget and timeframe, we endeavour to find the best solutions. We will liaise with the various real estate agencies in the area and explore the various opportunities not yet advertised. The purchasing client will only be interacting with one advisor, us, and will therefore save much time, increasing the search efficiency, at the same cost.

To access our service, the first step is to fill out an interactive questionnaire, which we will carefully analyze. The questionnaire allows us to understand whether we can fully satisfy the request or not.
