Founded at the beginning of 2004, our agency has assisted dozens of Italian and foreign clients to find a home in our area; our areas; we are a group of highly qualified professionals, with a multidisciplinary approach, strongly oriented towards tailor-made consultancy.
He has an economic-financial background, with a degree in Business Economics from Bocconi in Milan, a master's degree in International Management and a few years of experience as an investment fund manager and currency expert in an investment bank. Stefano moved to Umbria in 2003, drawn to the beautiful countryside and the prospect of a simpler, more peaceful life; in reality, after having founded Via dei Colli in 2004, life has not been so peaceful! Stefano speaks Italian, English and French.
Fabio Lima Battistini
After many years spent traveling the world, Fabio decided to return to his native Umbria, convinced by the excellent quality of life and by the familiarity and beauty of the region. With commercial and legal training and a past as an export manager, he has lived in various European countries, as well as in Australia and Canada. From 2018 he joined the staff of Via dei Colli, driven by the passion for Real Estate and by the human dimension of the agency. He is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
After various experiences in the administration sector, she decided, driven by her love of foreign languages and cultures, to travel to northern Europe for a few years. Back in Umbria, she began a career as an international secretary in the real estate business. She began working with Via dei Colli in 2023, after also qualifying as a business agent in mediation. She takes care of the administrative support of the agency and assists both Italian and foreign buyers, putting her love and passion for real estate and international relations to good use. Susanna speaks Italian, English and has a fair knowledge of French and Spanish.
After graduating, he moved to Australia for 6 months; travelling on the road and deepening his English language skills. Back in Italy, he starts his consulting business in strategic marketing and opens several e-commerce brands. He collaborates with several national companies and on the Umbrian territory, in 2019 he gets in touch with Via dei Colli real immobiliare and then joins the team in 2023; he deals with marketing strategies, communication and real estate development. Francesco speaks Italian and English.
After graduating as a surveyor, he worked in the construction field within the two family companies, a construction company and a real estate company, where he gained experience in the restructuring sector, dealing with the management of construction sites, estimates and sales. From 2012 to 2013 he moved to Abruzzo to follow the post-earthquake reconstruction of two buildings in the province of L'Aquila. In 2015 he passed the real estate agent exam and joined the Via dei Colli immobiliare team; he deals with Italian and foreign customers, as well as preparing estimates for the renovation and coordinating the works. Gregorio speaks Italian and English.
