Easily accessible from the provincial road, it is an ideal structure to create a receptive and / or catering activity. The architectural complex is certainly unique, both for its position and for its ancient function. It is a large and complex construction in stone of Medieval origin that once served as a mill, it was once called Molino del Ceppo, on the Burano river. The ancient origins are evidenced by a plaque in Latin that recalls the great flood, which occurred in August 1472. The construction is characterized by a development from top to bottom (with respect to the entrance altitude, here the altitude difference of the land is enhanced by the construction, giving the complex a monumental image.
