The property is located in the historic village of Trevi. Consisting of 12 bedrooms and a living room overlooking the Umbrian valley. Easily accessible from the central Umbrian high-speed road. The structure was born from the recovery of the historic Palazzo Natalini. The hotel is ideal for pleasant stays away from the chaos of the city and to visit Umbria, the medieval villages and savor the delicacies of the local cuisine. The property has a large panoramic terrace.
Located in the center of Trevi, with magnificent views of the Umbrian valley about 2 hours drive from Rome, in a central position in Umbria. The major centers of interest in the region are easily reached, including Spoleto, Assisi, Montefalco, Perugia, Bevagna and Gubbio.
Palazzo Natalini stands on the ancient walls of Trevi, probably built around the fifteenth century. The history of the building is intimately linked to the village, and is located near an entrance to the town, renovated by the engineer Giannelli, the same creator of the Porta Nuova opposite the building. It is in fact the most recently built door having been opened in 1857 following the need to build a more convenient road for access to Trevi: the “Strada Nuova”.
The hotel is therefore easily accessible and has convenient access to the hall , through a terraced embankment. Upon entering, we find the elevator immediately on the right that leads to the rooms, guaranteeing easy access for the elderly or people with disabilities.
On the ground floor there is the reception, a large waiting room with stone vaults, where you can have breakfast in the winter months, a small bar area served by the hotel kitchen and pantry, 2 bathrooms for the clients. You can access the second floor and the panoramic terrace through the aforementioned lift or with beautiful covered stone stairs.
The 12 rooms with bathroom, all very different, are furnished with a traditional taste and with elements of brocanterie and antiques. 5 rooms have a beautiful panoramic view. Three other rooms are accessible from the outside, crossing the terrace where breakfast is served during the spring and summer months, as well as being able to relax after a trip to the Umbrian villages and countryside.

The hotel is finely finished. The exposed stone in some rooms, as well as the wooden beams, as well as the Deruta ceramics used in many environments, make the structure a small joy in the Umbrian hospitality panorama.
