The farmhouse, although habitable on the first floor, has rather simple, if functional, finishes. The windows are made of wood with double glazing, in very good condition of maintenance; on the outside, there are wooden shutters. The roof does not have any infiltrations.

All utilities are present and connected. Heating is by radiators, operated by a double system using wood and oil. There are solar thermal panels.
